Thank you for purchasing from Alisya Vicol. Every piece is created with love and carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition.
Original Artworks Each original artwork is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece, hand-painted by the artist. If you are not completely satisfied with your original artwork, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Limited Edition Prints Our limited edition prints are high-quality reproductions of original one-of-a-kind paintings by Alisya Vicol. Each print is individually signed and numbered by the artist. All print sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged Items If your artwork or print arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at alisyavicol@gmail.com with:
- A photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging
We will arrange a replacement (where possible) or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Lost Parcels If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and we will investigate with the courier.
