Thank you for supporting original art. Every order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.
Processing Time
- Original artworks — please allow 3-7 business days for careful packaging and preparation
- Limited edition prints — please allow 2-4 business days for processing
Shipping Times
- UK — 2-5 business days
- Europe — 5-10 business days
- Rest of the world — 7-14 business days
Packaging All original artworks and prints are packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Larger works are shipped in rigid flat packaging or rolled in a tube.
Tracking All orders are sent with a tracked service. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders outside the UK, customs fees or import duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at alisyavicol@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we will resolve it for you.
